Currently, our use of cookies is simply a matter of tracking and recording user's sessions online. For example, our logging software uses cookies to determine if the user is a repeat visitor or if this is their very first visit. At this time, cookies have no other function on our site.

    We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Logs are not directly linked to personal information.

Information for event registration is submitted via email to the appropriate person for processing for that specific event. Information is only provided to people on a "need to know" basis.
